Joe's Pumpkin Pie


"Super easy!" 

1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 pie crust (I use graham cracker crust, 'cause I roll that way)

Pre-heat the oven to 425ª. Blend ingredients (except the crust; I've made that mistake before) in a bowl. Add the mixture to the pie crust, and place the pie in the oven. 15 minutes at 425ª, then drop temp to 350ª for another 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

It sure smells and looks good!
